Complete Recipe Of Chicken Handi @The Dish Diary

Chicken handi is a popular North Indian/Pakistani dish made with boneless chicken pieces cooked in a spiced tomato-based sauce. It is usually prepared in a handi, a traditional earthenware pot, which gives the dish its name. The chicken is marinated in yogurt and spices before cooking, which helps to tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor. The sauce is made with onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and a blend of spices, including garam masala, cumin, and coriander. Cream or cashew paste is often added towards the end of cooking to give the dish a creamy texture. Chicken handi is typically served with naan or rice.
