The pastry shell of the samosa is usually made
from wheat flour or all-purpose flour, rolled into thin sheets, and then cut
into triangles. The filling is then placed in the center of the triangle, and
the edges are folded over to seal it, creating a triangular shape. The samosas
are then deep-fried until golden brown and crispy.
Chicken samosas are typically served as an
appetizer or snack and are often accompanied by a dipping sauce, such as mint
chutney or tamarind sauce. They are a popular street food in many countries and
can be found in many restaurants, cafes, and food stalls.
