Achari Chicken@The Dish Diary |
Achari chicken is a popular
Indian dish made with boneless chicken pieces that are marinated in a blend of
spices known as "achari masala". This masala typically includes a mix
of aromatic spices such as mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds,
coriander seeds, and dried red chillies, among others. The marinated chicken is
then cooked with onion, tomato, and other seasonings to create a flavorful and
spicy curry dish. The dish is usually served with rice or Indian bread, such as
naan or roti.
