1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- ·
2 green chillies, finely chopped (optional)
- ·
1 teaspoon cumin powder
- ·
1 teaspoon coriander powder
- ·
1 teaspoon red chili powder
- ·
1 teaspoon salt
- ·
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- ·
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ·
8-10 skewers

In a large bowl, mix together ground meat,
onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, mint leaves, green chillies (if using), cumin
powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, garam masala powder, and
vegetable oil. Use your hands to mix well and make sure everything is evenly

the skewers in water for about 30 minutes before using to prevent them from
