combine the gram flour, rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili
powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, fresh
coriander leaves, and fresh mint leaves. Mix well.

Add water gradually to the
mixture while stirring continuously to form a smooth batter. The batter should
not be too thick or too thin.

Add the chicken pieces to
the batter and mix well, ensuring that each piece is coated well with the
batter.

Heat oil in a deep frying
pan over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot,
carefully drop the chicken pieces into the hot oil using a spoon or your
