coriander powder
·
1 teaspoon
garam masala powder
·
1/2 teaspoon
red chili powder
·
Salt to taste
·
2 tablespoons
chopped coriander leaves
·
1 egg, beaten
·
1 cup
breadcrumbs
·

In a large
mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated potatoes, chopped onion, green
chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala
powder, red chili powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well to
combine.

Form the
mixture into small patties and set aside.

Dip each patty
into the beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
4.
Heat oil in a
frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the patties in batches until golden brown
and crispy on both sides.
5.
Drain the
patties on paper towels to remove any excess oil.
6.
Serve the
chicken box patties hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
