Ingredients:

 

·                1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

·                1/4 cup olive oil

·                2 tbsp lemon juice

·                2 cloves garlic, minced

·                1 tsp paprika

·                1 tsp cumin

·                1/2 tsp coriander

·                1/2 tsp salt

·                Freshly ground black pepper

·                Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes before use

1.            In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.

2.            Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

3.            Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

4.            Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat.

5.            Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

6.            Grill or broil the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.

7.            Serve the kebabs hot with your favorite accompaniments, such as rice, salad, or tzatziki sauce. Enjoy!
