Beef Paya | Beef Trotters

Beef paya, also known as beef trotters, is a popular South Asian dish made from the feet of cows or buffaloes. The feet are cleaned, boiled, and simmered with various spices and herbs until they become tender and flavorful. The resulting broth is rich and gelatinous due to the natural collagen and cartilage in the bones and feet.

Beef paya is a nutritious dish that is often served as a hearty breakfast or lunch. It is especially popular in Pakistan and India, where it is believed to have medicinal properties and is often eaten to improve joint health and digestion. The dish is typically served with naan or roti, and is sometimes garnished with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice.
