Ingredients:

  • ·       2 lbs chicken wings
  • ·       2 tbsp olive oil
  • ·       1 tsp garlic powder
  • ·       1 tsp onion powder
  • ·       1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ·       1 tsp salt
  • ·       1/2 tsp black pepper
  • ·       Your choice of dipping sauce (e.g. buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce, honey mustard)

RRecipe:

1.        Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.      Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.

3.     In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

4.      Add the chicken wings to a large mixing bowl and pour the seasoning mixture over them. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.

5.      Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the chicken wings in a single layer.

6.     Bake the chicken wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping them over halfway through cooking, until they are crispy and cooked through.
